CJA Support Care Services, LLC is an agency established since May 2003. We provide quality services for persons with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal outcomes, enhance their general well-being, and improve their independence. Together, we can make a difference in their lives.
Our founder, Carmen, created CJA with the purpose of helping individuals with mental health illness and individuals with disability. With passion and care, we strive to help each individual reach their dreams while receiving the best service possible. We believe every recipient should be happy with their personal life, have the opportunity to be safe, and achieve the quality of life they desire by identifying goals through a person-centered approach and funding services and support.
CJA Support Care Services helps individuals by coordinating and offering culturally sensitive health care based on each person’s needs and abilities, while optimizing their ability for recovery. This promotes and enhances emotional, social, and personal growth.
